It started with an honest conversation
Our founders didn't set out to build just another SaaS company. Long before Birdie was incorporated in 2018, three of them (Alex, Pat, and Pants) worked side by side, bound by a shared belief: that challenging the status quo and building something with global impact was worth more than a comfortable career.
The spark came from a simple but ambitious question: how would AI and machine learning change the way people shop and how companies listen? They knew they needed the right technical mind to bring it to life, so they found Everton, and the founding team was complete.
What followed wasn't a straight line. Nearly two years of pivoting, testing, and hard decisions. But they always held one conviction at the centre of everything: using data to empower consumers, not just serve companies, had to be the core.
That conviction became Birdie. A platform that maps and quantifies the voice of every customer, so brands can finally understand what the people they serve actually need.
