By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is Birdie SSOT Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the United States, with its principal office located at 978 N California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94303, United States ("Sponsor" or "Birdie").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, meet all of the following requirements:

(a) Age. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.

(b) Professional Role. Are employed in a customer experience (CX), customer service, customer support, customer success, or similar customer-facing role.

(c) Qualifying Employer. Work at a company that is either: (i) an end-user of CX technology, software, or services (i.e., a company that purchases or uses CX solutions for its own operations); or (ii) a consulting or professional services firm that advises end-user companies on CX strategy, operations, or technology.

Not eligible to participate or win:

• Employees, contractors, or representatives of companies that develop, sell, license, distribute, or compete with the Sponsor's products or services, including any other provider of CX technology, software, or platforms;
• Freelancers, independent contractors, self-employed individuals, and any other persons not affiliated with a Qualifying Employer as defined above;
• Students and unemployed persons;
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any party involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes.

Jurisdictional restrictions. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Without limitation, the Sweepstakes is not open to residents of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Entrants are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify each entrant's eligibility (including age, professional role, and Qualifying Employer status) using information provided at registration, publicly available information (such as the entrant's LinkedIn profile or employer website), and/or by requesting additional documentation. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who fails to satisfy any eligibility requirement or to respond to a verification request within a reasonable time.

All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To be eligible, entrants must complete all steps of their chosen entry method (see Section 4) within the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) methods to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same person, household, email address, or device will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

(a) Booth Entry Method

1. Visit the Birdie booth at the Zendesk Relate 2026 conference venue between May 18 and May 20, 2026, during exhibit hall hours;
2. Scan the QR code displayed at the booth;
3. Complete the online registration form with the required information (full name, business email address, company name, job title, role description, country of residence, and phone number);
4. Schedule and attend a live product demonstration with a Birdie representative by videoconference (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform designated by Birdie). The scheduled videoconference demonstration must be completed no later than May 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

(b) Online Entry Method

1. Visit https://birdie.ai/relate-jerseys at any time during the Sweepstakes Period;
2. Complete the online registration form with the same required information listed in method (a) above;
3. Schedule and attend a live product demonstration with a Birdie representative by videoconference. The scheduled videoconference demonstration must be completed no later than May 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

For both methods (a) and (b): The product demonstration is conducted exclusively by videoconference and is not held in person at the booth. Upon completion of the videoconference demonstration, a Birdie representative will verify the entrant's eligibility (including the requirements in Section 2) and validate the entry. Entries that do not include all required information, where eligibility cannot be verified, where the videoconference demonstration is not completed by the deadline, or where the entrant fails to attend the scheduled demonstration, will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

(c) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) / Mail-In Entry

To enter the Sweepstakes without participating in a product demonstration, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state/province, postal code, country, email address, daytime phone number, date of birth, current employer name, and job title on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 22, 2026 and received no later than June 1, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

AMOE entrants must satisfy all eligibility requirements in Section 2, including age, professional role, and Qualifying Employer. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify these requirements before validating any AMOE entry.

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) officially licensed soccer jersey of the winner's selection from any national team competing in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, in the winner's size.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to USD $150.00.

The prize is subject to availability. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected jersey cannot reasonably be obtained. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash equivalent or substitution will be permitted, except by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor will arrange and pay for delivery of the prize to the winner's designated address at no cost to the winner.

All applicable taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, provincial, municipal, value-added, customs, and import duties) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner is a U.S. person, the winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to receipt of the prize. If the winner is a non-U.S. person, the winner may be required to complete and return an applicable IRS Form W-8 (e.g., W-8BEN) prior to receipt of the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on June 1, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The winner will be: (i) notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry, within five (5) business days following the drawing; and (ii) announced publicly on Birdie's official LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/usebirdie (first name and last initial, plus city and country of residence).

If the potential winner: (i) cannot be reached within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt; (ii) fails to respond to the notification; (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) does not comply with these Official Rules; or (v) declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

7. Winner Requirements

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification: (a) an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility; (b) a Liability Release; and (c) where lawful, a Publicity Release. Failure to return these documents within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, biographical information, statements, and city and country of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or consideration.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, has acted in violation of these Official Rules, or has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, claims, actions, demands, or damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, and/or death) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any typographical, printing, or other error in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants — including entrants residing outside the United States — irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, U.S.A., for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Birdie's Privacy Policy, available at https://birdie.ai/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Birdie; you may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law (including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and LGPD, as applicable).

13. Winner's List

The winner will be announced on Birdie's official LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/usebirdie on or about June 1, 2026.

14. No Affiliation

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, Zendesk Inc., any national soccer federation, soccer team, league, or club, or any of their respective affiliates. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
