“In our product team, we try to capture everything users say and analyze it to feed our decisions. We used to tag and categorize feedback manually in order to draw any conclusions. That meant a lot of time spent, multiple biases, and still a lot of uncertainty. With Birdie, in just a couple of days, we are able to get even deeper insights and explore the data to build and validate hypotheses.”
Monica Possel
Product Director at Conta Azul
Product teams have been challenged to streamline processes and lower costs,
be more assertive in what to deliver to the market, be agile, and pivot fast when on the wrong track. To do that, they need to better listen to their customers and be more data-driven.

Intuition
At the end of the day, it’s not just about the data – it’s about what you do with it. That’s where intuition comes in. At Birdie, we believe that product management is as much art as it is science. Our platform helps you hone your product intuition by immersing in user feedback and turning insights into action, so you can build the products your customers will love.
